The Mother Wound Decode

No matter what you do, do you feel stuck, stressed, tired of the symptoms, numb, anxious, overwhelmed, burned out, in pain, rage you can’t explain, unable to express emotions, and an abundance of not enoughness?

The solution isn’t in medication, meditation, mindset work, or manifestation. It’s hiding in the mother wound.

The mother wound isn’t about your mother being bad. It’s the first relationship your nervous system ever had, and it wrote the template every other relationship runs on.

The mother wound is the wound of life itself. It’s the ROOT of all wounds.

You didn’t become your mother. You inherited her nervous system.
And a nervous system can be rewired.

Does This Sound Like You?

  • •Your jaw is clenched right now — you didn't notice until this line.
  • •You can explain your mother wound perfectly, and still flinch when your partner / husband raises his voice.
  • •You hold your breath when her name lights up your phone.
  • •You give until you're empty and call it love.
  • •Her sigh can ruin your entire day, and you know exactly which sigh.
  • •You feel guilty setting a boundary before you've even set it.
  • •You don't know who you are outside of what everyone needs from you.
  • •You became her mother before you became anyone's daughter.
  • •You have rage you can't explain and nowhere to put it.
  • •You feel invisible in a room full of people who love you.
  • •You apologize before you've said anything that needed one.
  • •You shrink and play small to avoid being seen.
  • •Other women seem to have it handled, and you can't figure out what they know.
  • •Your voice catches, or disappears entirely, when it matters most.
  • •You were the strong one. You're still being the strong one.
  • •You're exhausted in a way sleep doesn't touch.
  • •The pain moves — lower back this month, gut last month, head before that.
  • •Your womb is screaming for your attention through menstrual symptoms, PCOS, fibroids, endometriosis, painful sex, imbalanced hormones, discharge, dryness, etc.
  • •You've done the work. The therapy, the books, the courses, the breathwork… and yet the same pattern keeps surfacing.

The Mother Wound…Explained

Your mother’s face was the first thing your vagus nerve learned to read. Before language, before memory, your brainstem was tracking her tone, her jaw, her breath — adjusting you to match her, because matching her was survival.

  • •Who you had to be to stay safe.
  • •What you were allowed to feel.
  • •Whether your needs were welcome.

You learned it before you had words, which is why you can’t think your way out of it.

That’s not a story you were told. It’s a circuit you were wired with, and it runs on tissue, not on thought.

And Not All Of It Is Yours

The egg that became you formed inside your mother while she was still inside your grandmother. So whatever your grandmother’s nervous system was carrying, your first cell was in the room for it.

That’s not poetry. That’s embryology.

The mother wound is the ROOT wound — and every other wound you carry stems from it.

Betrayal. Abandonment. Rejection. Humiliation. Shame. Not enoughness. Perfectionism. None of them are new. They are the mother wound arriving in a different costume.

That’s why the mother wound is not one wound among many. It’s the wound that taught your nervous system what wounding is.

And that’s why nothing else entirely heals until this one does. You can work on the abandonment for years and still get triggered when someone abandons you. Because the pattern is not in the story.

It’s not your mother’s fault. She inherited it the same way you did — through a nervous system, not a story. Your mother was handed this pattern by a woman who was handed the same pattern, who was handed it by a woman before her. Trace it back as far as the record goes and there is no first villain. There is only a line of women carrying something none of them were taught how to heal.

You are not the first woman in your line to carry this.
You can be the last one who hands it forward.

Why Nothing Seems To Work

Because everything you’ve tried went to the story. The story is real — but the story isn’t where the wound lives. The wound lives in the fascia (aka issues in the tissues, the body keeps the score) — which is why you understand it completely and feel it anyway.

You can name it. You can’t unhold it.

What Is The Mother Wound Decode?

A free decode that goes where the talking never reached.

You’ll never be asked to find anything in your own body. The decode asks. The map names.

You’ll walk away with the name of your armor, the address in your body where it lives, and the one practice to start tonight.

Every Other Quiz Returns 1 Of 5 Boxes

Rejection. Abandonment. Humiliation. Betrayal. Injustice.

This Returns An Address

This one tells you your armor is the Queen’s Overthrow — and then tells you where in your body it’s stored.

And The Map Isn’t All You Get

When your decode lands, THE LINE BREAKS HERE lands with it — a 3-day rite of passage. Free.

Day 1 — “Not Her” Mirror Practice.

You find out whose face you’ve been wearing, name the role you’re leaving, and cross a line you don’t step back over.

Day 2 — The Mother Wound That Speaks.

A somatic meditation that guides you into where the mother wound is stored in your body to be met, felt, seen and transmuted.

Day 3 — The Return.

You stand in front of the same mirror and you see who you truly are now…without the layer of the mother wound you released.

And It Doesn’t Stop When The Rite Does

BONUS 1 — THE 4 MOTHER CODES

A video that walks all 4 codes, one at a time. What each one heals, the exact nervous system mechanism inside it, and one somatic practice you can do for each.

BONUS 2 — THE 12 REFLECTION QUESTIONS

3 questions for each of the 4 codes. And it comes with a warning: do not do all 12 at once. That’s the fastest way to do none of them. Do the 3 that belong to the code that scored loudest in your map.

BONUS 3 — THE WOMB WISDOM TRANSMISSION

An audio transmission delivering the rite of passage your mother should’ve given you introducing you to your womb: what your womb actually is, everything she’s been holding, and the doorway she contains to everything you’re looking for.

Before You Start

Nobody sees this. Not your mother, not your partner, not me until you decide to send it to me.

There are no right answers. Nothing here is a diagnosis and nothing here is a test. You aren’t being graded. Your mother wound is being located.

You can stop at any point and come back.

Start where it’s easiest. And if a question stings — that is the answer. Sting means true.

Sister, you’re not broken. You’re armored.
